The Government of Ethiopia has signed a grant agreement amounting to 125 million US dollars with the African Development Bank (AfDB).
Ahmed Shide, Ethiopia’s Minister of Finance and Gabriel NEGATU Regional Director of AfDB signed the agreement here in Addis Ababa today.
The fund will be used for the implementation of Ethiopia’s Basic Services Transformation Program (BSTP) for the fiscal years 2018/19 to 2019/20.
It will help to deliver quality basic services in Ethiopia in sectors such as healthcare, education, water and sanitation.
