World Food Program has donated three brand new vehicles to the ministries in Somaliland. The deputy minister of the planning, Hon. Hussein Ibrahim Buni has accepted the keys of the vehicles in a hand over ceremony held yesterday. The function saw the attendance of the education minister, deputy minister of health, WFP officials and other guests. The deputy minister for planning has thanked WFP for the generous donation and the projects that it is carrying out in Somaliland. The deputy minister has reiterated that the vehicles will be used as a vehicle to carry out projects in remote areas in Somaliland. Two of the vehicles were handed over to education ministry while the other one was handed over to the ministry of health. Both officials from the ministries that received the vehicles thanked WFP for the donation.
