The Chairman of Justice & Welfare Party, UCID, Mr. Faisal Ali Hussein has met with UN Special Envoy to Somalia, James Swan on Friday afternoon.
The UCID Party leader and UN Special Envoy, James Swan held discussions that took hours.
The two sides discussed wide range of issues pertaining to Somaliland democratization process, the resumption of Somaliland-Somalia dialogue, the role Somaliland should have in regard to the debt relief for Somalia and the security situation in the Horn of Africa.
Hon. Faisal and James Swan have seen eye to eye that it is a must for parliamentary and local council polls to transpire in Somaliland.
