The Director General at the Information ministry in Somaliland received a delegation from Cardiff University who is on official working visit to Hargeisa for the past couple of days.
The DG, Mr. Mukhtar Mohamed Ali briefed the delegation on the responsibilities that the information ministry has for the nation as they inspected the various departments.
The delegation which is consisting of professors from Cardiff University have embarked on fact finding mission to the republic of Somaliland.
The objective behind their visit is to extend a helping hand to Somaliland in undertaking researches in the republic.
The delegation is to meet with Hargeisa University whereby they are due to sign MOU as they will cooperate on wide range of areas.
The ministry of information and Cardiff delegation will cooperate on providing a helping hand to the Journalism department at Hargeisa University.
