The Somalian PM Hassan Ali Khaire has welcomed on Sunday a committee carrying relief funds for Beletweinย community affected by floods.
The 600, 000 US dollar relief funds will be directly assisted toย storm victims inย Beletwein and is aimed at alleviatingย the suffering.ย The two sides held talks for the hand over of the donation raised from Somaliland provinces and allottedย to the victims in Southern Somalia.ย Humanitarian aid must not politicized. Somaliland broke away from Somalia in 1991 but it has not been internationally recognized. Somalia cliams that Somaliland is part and parcel of its territory. The two enclaves initiated talks but were stalled.
