The PFM Coordination Department has organized PFM Technical Committee Meeting, on February 27, 2020, at the PFM Office in Hargeisa.
The meeting is chaired by Mohamed Abdi Gurhan, Director General of the Ministry of Finance Development and attended by the key PFM Stakeholders including; Accountant General, Auditor General, Internal Audit and Inland Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance Development, Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and the Central Bank,
The PFM Technical Committee (TC) guides the implementation of PFM reform activities and provides technical support and guidance to key PFM stakeholders to ensure the success of the ongoing reforms.
The PFM is designed to improve the government’s capacity and systems to utilize public funds, towards meeting the National Development Plan (NDPII) goals and those of Vision 2030
