In a landmark move to strengthen the Somaliland’s economy, Minister of Investment and Industry Hon. Said Mohamed held a productive meeting with a delegation from Vallis Advisory Limited, a UK-based leader in supply chain services, to explore transformative investment opportunities.
The meeting, held at Minister’s office was attended by Hibaq Ali Abdo, Director of the Investment Department, underscoring the government’s dedication to fostering international partnerships.
Vallis Advisory, operating in over 50 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, expressed keen interest in the country’s burgeoning economic landscape.
Minister Mohamed showcased a range of investment prospects, including modern logistics hubs, green infrastructure projects, and trade corridor development, all backed by investor-friendly reforms. “Partnering with global innovators like Vallis Advisory will propel our economy forward, creating opportunities for our people and enhancing our global trade presence,” Mohamed declared.
The delegation commended the country’s strategic geographic position and progressive investment policies, signaling potential for significant projects in the supply chain sector.
Hibaq Ali Abdo highlighted the Investment Department’s commitment to supporting investors, stating, “We’re excited to work with Vallis to deliver projects that will drive sustainable growth and prosperity.”
