UN Deputy Special Representative to Somalia Kiki Gbeho yesterday met and held a high level talks with Somaliland President H.E Musa Bihi Abdi at the presidential palace.
Ms. Kiki Gbeho said in s statement that she exchanged views on UN working ties with SL, the recently concluded parliamentary and local council polls, and the progress in terms of politics, security, development.
She also raised with the president over issues pertaining to women and youth in Somaliland government representation.
Ms. Kiki Gbeho, UN Deputy Special Representative to Somalia wrapped up a two day official working visit to Somaliland.
The special UN representative held discussions with Somaliland ministers, leaders of the national political parties, and Civil Society organizations.
She talked with them over the climate change as well as inclusion of women in Somaliland politics.
