Some cases of water diarrhea have been confirmed in Togder province where 40 people were hospitalized, health officials said on Thursday.
Local media quoted regional health coordinator, Adan Elmi Derie, has confirmed the outbreak of diarrhea in the province.
The regional health coordinator has also said that there is lack of medical supplies which will be a huge challenge in the ongoing efforts to contain the disease to spread.
Mr. Adan has said that the regional lacks ambulances which are intended to ferry patients to local hospitals.
