Somaliland’s VP H.E Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail aka Sayli’i has on Saturday reached in Borama, Awdal provincial capital which is hosting the central council gathering of the governing kulmiye party. The VP was received by ministers, traditional elders, lawmakers and other residents.
