Somaliland reported eight new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, taking the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country to 129. The health ministry tested 701 people from the deadly Covid-19. The health ministry director general, Dr. Mohamed Abdi Hergeye, has confirmed that 8 people have defeated from the deadly contagious virus. The Covid-19 death toll is ten. The number of positive cases in Somaliland is on the increase once the ministry of health started to conduct local tests. The government has put in place strict measures in a bid to contain the disease.
