HARGEISA–Somaliland President H.E Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi alias Irro, leading a high level delegation, on Monday travelled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The UAE gov’t sent a special plane to transport president Irro and his accompanied delegation. The Head of State has received an official invitation from the UAE government to attend a high level summit dubbed World Government Summit which is expected to kick off on the 11 February, 2025. The meeting is expected to last for three days and is due to be wrapped up on the 13th of February. The President is expected to deliver a key note address at the World Government Summit.
