The President of Somaliland Musa Bihi Abdi has sent a cable of congratulation to Ethiopia’s Somali State ruling party, the Somali Democratic Party, SDP which held its 10th conference in Jigjiga. The Head of State has also congratulated on the new leadership that the party has chosen today. He particularly addressed his congratulations to the party chairman, Mr. Ahmed Shide and the deputy chairman, Mr. Mustafe Agjar.
