The visiting parliament delegation from Somaliland called on Ugandan Foreign Minister, Hon. Sam Kutesa, on Wednesday. This delegation, from Somaliland is led by the first deputy speaker of the house of representatives, Hon. Ahmed Yasin Ali Ayanle and is accompanied by chair and deputy chair of the parliament committee responsible for foreign relations. The delegation attended the 64th Common Wealth parliamentary conference held in Kampala, the Ugandan capital as observers. During the meeting, the Ugandan FM, Sam Kutesa and Somaliland parliament delegation discussed ways to forge closer cooperation between the two countries.
