Hargeisa Regional court settled a dispute between two employees and Africa Relief Committee.
The court ordered the organization to pay the compensation rights for the two employees who have worked for ARC for five years. The ARC has rejected the ruling while the ministry labor and social affairs issue the same verdict in which it said that the two employees owe their rights to the organization. The two employees worked at a school run and administered by Africa Relief Committee. The minister for labor and social affairs, Ms. Hinda Jama Hisi appealed to the regional court to revisit the verdict.
