The Deputy Somaliland President, Hon. Abdirahman Sayli’i, on Wednesday, attended a ceremony held for receiving 20 civil servants who have graduated from universities in Ethiopia after completing their master’s degrees. The civil servants promised to serve for their loved people and country in regard to the education that they have learned. The DP lauded the hard work the students have made over the years by accomplishing their masters education. He congratulated on finishing their education. At the same time the DP has said that the Civil Service Institute should have the higher education degrees in lieu of gov workers traveling to overseas to have the chance to pursue further education. Four females are among the 20 civil servants who are back home from Ethiopia after their graduation. Finally, the DP has presented certificates in honor of the returnees.
