The chair of Somaliland Civil Service Commission, Hon. Farhan Adan Haye, on Tuesday, held a meeting with South Wales University senior management officials while in Cardiff.
South Wales University and Somaliland Civil Service Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which took place in Cardiff.
The meeting is aimed at agreeing a joint collaboration in education between the university of South Wales and Somaliland Civil Service Institute.
The Civil Service Institute in Somaliland is jointly launching a Master Degree program in conjunction with South Wales University.
The chair said that the collaboration will see the launching of PHD program at the institute in Somaliland.
Mr. Farhan thanked the committee of Somaliland diaspora community in Wales.
