The Central Bank of Somaliland has launched Mobile Money dubbed electronic-Shillings on Monday.
The Deputy President Mr. Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail has officially introduced the online money which was the sole invention of the Central Bank authority.
From now on with the availability of the new online service, the Central Bank will be able to send civil servants salaries on time without further delays.
The Online Services that the Central Bank has created will improve the efficiency of accountability and transparency. Government workers across Somaliland provinces will receive their pays on time.
