HARGEISA– The deputy interior minister, Mr. Mohamed Muse Dirie together with deputy police commissioner, Mr. Abdirahman Liban Foxle today held meetings in Hargeisa with several representatives from European Union officials. The officials are Mr. Thomas Kircher, head of democratic governance and Ms. Eva Atanassova, head of democratization program manager. The talks centered on the support that the EU provide to the ministry of interior and police force. They also discussed issue on human rights reforms and police laws. The EU supports Somaliland on polls and development projects.
