ADDIS ABABA– The former president of Ethiopia’s Somali region, Abdi Mohamud Omar alias Abdi Iley appears in court of law once again today. The court postpones the next hearing for another 14 days.
The ex-leader faces the allegations that he committed killings, arrests, torture and power abuse.
Mr. Abdi Iley has refused of being responsible such atrocities.
Former president’s mother and wife told that the ex-leader has been tortured while in custody.
He was handcuffed while he was transported to the court.
