Jubaland Council for Change has lodged a compliant letter addressed to the United Nations Security Council demanding the immediate dismissal of current UN Envoy to Somalia, James Swan.
The Council states that James Swan is persona non-grata in Jubaland and is demanding the removal of the envoy from the post.
