The U.S. Government has announced that it is offering a reward which is up to 5 million dollars for those who bring information which will lead the apprehension of a woman by the name of Khdra Isse, who is a senior ISIS leader.
Khadra Isse is known as Ummu Qacqaac in which her information was posted on U.S. department of Justice.
Khadra Isse holds a dual nationality. She is a Somali by birth but she also holds Dutch nationality.
She faces accusations that she supported suicide bomb attacks and the assassination of innocent civilians.
She also faces allegations that she allegedly disseminated ISIS group’s extremist ideologies.
She was responsible for the recruitment of new fighters that joined ISIS Somalia.
The statement from U.S. department of Justice said that if you have an information that would lead to identify Khadra Isse, you will be a person who deserves the reward.
It is reported that Khadra Isse used to be a baby sitter for abducted children.
In 2019, she was responsible for taking care of two American kids named Yusuf and Zahra Shikder and took them to unknown location in Syria before their mother was killed in an airstrike against ISIS.
It is not known where Khadra Isse is at this time around but U.S. has added the list of most-wanted people who the U.S. placed millions of dollar bounties on her head.
