Honorable Ahmed Mohmed Torno, SL’s education minister held a meeting with Kenyan counterpart Prof. George Albert Magoha on Thursday while paying a visit to Nairobi.
During the meeting, they discussed areas of mutual cooperation between Somaliland and Kenya in the areas of supporting the education sectors of both sides.
SL education minister was flanked by the director general of the ministry of education, Ahmed Abokor during the meeting.
The deputy head of SL mission to Kenya, Mr. Sharmarke Gelle together with Minister special adviser, Said Jama were present during the meeting.
It is the first high level meeting between education minister of SL together with Kenyan counterpart since SL’s inception.
