A high-powered Ethiopian delegation headed up by Ahmed Shide, Minister of Finance, arrives in Berbera, Somaliland on Thursday.
The delegation was welcomed by Somaliland President Musa Bihi Abdi and other officials upon arrival. The delegation will attend the inauguration of Berbera port which has been revamped by Dubai Ports World which SL inked a deal.
